Paper Stitched Geometry Workshop Join Clair Rowe, Creative Counsellor & Therapist for a mindful Sunday morning creating a paper-stitched geometry card or wall art. Join Clair for some geometric paper stitching. These gorgeous curved patterns are made from sewing the threads in a particular way. We will use pre-made templates and lay them over 6" square pieces of card. We will then use an awl (a special hole punching tool) to make tiny holes in the card and create the outlines of our pattern. Clair will then show you how to sew a geometric design with sparkly threads that catch the light. Each piece will be made up of 3 colours and there are 10 different colours to choose from. You can choose to make either a greeting card or a picture to frame. Price includes all material --------- Clair is a multi-disciplinary artist and workshop facilitator living in St Leonards. She works with a range of mediums, with a particular love of sacred geometry and abstract painting. With a background in mental health recovery and community support for over 25 years, Clair is also trained as a Creative Counsellor, an approach that uses image work to bring the unconscious into conscious awareness. Clair is devoted to using creativity in everyday life as a tool for self-care and personal awareness. She offers art journaling workshops and 121 sessions that create a relaxed and nurturing space to explore whatever needs to be witnessed. Cancellation Policy
Please note our classes are mostly aimed for adults. Please get in touch to ask if you are unsure. Our classes are non refundable. Due our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances. T&Cs Terms & Conditions • You can book places on our classes, workshops and events on our website or in person at Bus Stop Studios, 53 London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN37 6AY • Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your place. • Bookings and payments will be confirmed by email. • The materials and tools needed for each class varies, so please refer to the course description but don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries. • If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or event you may send someone else in your place. You must let us know the name of the attendee prior to the class, workshop or event taking place. • Confirmed & paid bookings are not eligible for payment refunds. • You can transfer to another class, workshop or event or receive a credit note if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the class, workshop or event you are booked on to attend. • In exceptional circumstances, where we may have to cancel one of our advertised classes, workshops or events, you will be offered a full refund. • If a class, workshop or event is cancelled our liability is solely for the cost of the booking fee, not for any other costs you may have incurred such as materials you may have purchased in advance, travel costs or accommodation. • Attendees at our classes, workshops and events are not permitted to use any of our instruction sheets, photography or designs for their own classes or other commercial concerns.
